This page explains how funding and refunds work on the Q8 Invest practice account today, and how that will change once real payments launch.
Today: Practice Account, Virtual Money
The Q8 Invest practice account uses virtual money only. No real payment is ever taken to fund it, so there is nothing to refund on the practice account -- any balance shown is for practice and carries no financial value.
Production Payments: Not Yet Live
No real-money payments are accepted in production yet. Our payment processor (Tap) is connected in test mode only, for engineering verification -- it does not move real funds. A full refund policy covering real deposits will be published here before real payments go live.
